Pads4Grads is a reputable privately owned family business based in North Kent, providing student accommodation exclusively for the Medway Universities. Established 16 years ago and formerly known as Boyd Houses and CFP Properties, we have had an excellent 8-year association with the University of Kent at Medway providing head-leased 1st Year student accomodation, now continuing as an Accredited Kent Landlord to provide a combination of student houses and student rooms for undergrads and post grads at the University of Kent, University of Greenwich and Canterbury Christ Church University.

We own most of our student houses in Gillingham, and can offer single student rooms sharing a house allocated to years 1,2 & 3. We also have a range of houses for established groups of 3 or 4 students. Post grads can also be accommodated sharing together.
